Brisbane is a world class city! Covid changed the trajectory of many cities and states around the world. Some states moved forward and some regressed. There is a sense of excitement and optimism here and you can feel it. The weather, agent commissions, amenities - gyms, transport, restaurants and cost of living and housing costs compared to the southern states is very attractive here. Add to that the 2032 Olympics will bring even more to the city and state. This is just my opinion. Thoughts? #brisbane #olympics #australia

We all have traumas and things from our childhood that have affected and limit us in areas. Also called ‘blind spots’. If we are willing to seek help, that help can be huge. It was for me and I’m thankful I engaged a life coach around 30yo. Make it a game. Have fun with real estate sales. Don’t take ourselves too seriously. That’s what the elite do and it works. It’s very attractive and has a certain magnetic pull (laws of attraction*)towards them. You want to be around them. It’s positive and optimistic. 1500 days no alcohol. I’ve given up counting the months and years. It’s nicely packaged poison and not worth the $$$ or the wasted calories or unnecessary hangovers. Young people have realized and are drinking way less in the US. People who want to improve their health and business now know this. You need to change your mindset around having fun in an alcohol free world, dinners, social events, festivals and even clubs can still be fun without alcohol (nothing good happens after midnight…I wish I knew this earlier in life). Follow @jamesswanwick and/or download the ‘I am sober’ app - it’s free, to start counting your sober days. Try for 30, 60 or 90 days to just see and feel the difference. Drinking a very small amount may be a start for you. Going alcohol free was just easier for me. I didn’t want to negotiate with myself and when I really thought about it, most, if not all alcohol tastes like crap anyway compared to coffee, tea, water, coconut water, kombucha and any smoothie. Shout out to all the people who have been alcohol free and saying no for even longer than I have. Well done @zacwatts @nadia_covino from @noakes_nickolas. They achieved 105% growth in GCI from 2024 to 2025 and they came from a high base (67 sales to 105 sales - $1.05m to $2.14m). Remember 10% to hopefully 20% annualized compounded growth is massive. Go for it, you can do it! #bresciccoaching
